Mission, Vision and Values

Our Mission:  To create a safe and honest environment for life change where people can evaluate their behavior patterns and beliefs in the context of God’s unconditional love and grace.

Our Vision:  The Barnabas Journey seeks to address internal motivations rather than external conformity and truth without judgments.   We seek to create an environment of authenticity and honesty, recognizing our brokenness and acknowledging our pain… and thereby experiencing intimate community, growth and healing.  Our hope is that all will experience and then be able to model the relentless tenderness and grace of God.

Our Values:  These values are applicable to leaders and participants.
